Program Highlights/Accomplishments:

• Active engagement with policymakers and staff in HHS, CDC and other relevant agencies to release and implement CDC Guidelines for birth-cohort screening in HCV.
• Leaders in partnering with organizations across the HCV space, including patient groups, providers, and coalitions.
• Extensive collaboration on Capitol Hill with members and staff in the House and the Senate to advance CDC DVH funding initiatives, HCV testing legislation and other policy proposals to benefit screening and linkage to care for patients with viral hepatitis.
